Below, you can find additional resources for teachers looking to incorporate global education in their classroom or curriculum.
IREX
IREX is a nonprofit organization that made it possible for me to travel to Peru in June-July of 2018 as part of a teacher exchange program with the United States Department of State and Fulbright. They are also an excellent resource for teachers. As their website explains, "IREX is an international nonprofit organization providing thought leadership and innovative programs to promote positive lasting change globally." Check out their library for up-to-date news, publications, and resources for teachers and students. Or, you can head over to their Projects page for a database of projects, issues, and countries.
Google +
As part of the program, each teacher created a Google + page of resources. You can check out my page, which contains resources on Human Rights, Science, Technology, School Climate, Special Education, and other course resources I found helpful.
